Welcome to RawayateKPK! We’re proud to deliver authentic, handcrafted Peshawari Chappals across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and most rural areas.
If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
2. Delivery Time

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 2–4 business days

Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Custom or Made-to-Order Chappals: Please allow an additional 3–5 days for production before shipping.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 – Rs. 350 (calculated at checkout)

Free Shipping: There will be free shipping on every product.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across Pakistan.

COD may not be available for customized or bulk orders.

The courier will contact you before delivery. Please ensure your phone number is active.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for COD).
You’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you can track it via:

7. Delays or Issues

8. International Shipping (Optional)
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan, but we’re working on expanding to international markets soon.
